To support trade professionals, fabricators, and manufacturers, we also offer a specialist subcontract service for those who require high-end patination but lack the in-house capability to achieve it. This service is ideal for clients seeking a bespoke finish for their own brass components or sheet materials.

Our workshop is fully equipped to carry out a range of precision fabrication tasks, including laser cutting, guillotine cutting, and press braking, allowing us to offer an end-to-end solution from raw sheet to finished component. In addition to single-layer brass sheets, we also produce composite panels with aged or antique brass as the visible surface. These panels are constructed using a core of MDF, plywood, or Styrofoam, with a balancer sheet applied to the reverse side to maintain dimensional stability and enhance durability, ideal for use in cabinetry, wall cladding, and decorative installations.

Among our standard patina finishes, we offer classic aged brass, which delivers a gently weathered aesthetic, antique brass, which features a deeper and more traditional brown patina, and burnished brass, which combines darkened tones with polished highlights for a more refined look. Each finish has its own unique characteristics, enabling clients to select a surface treatment that best aligns with their interior style or brand identity.

To help protect the finish and control the way the patina evolves, we offer two sealing options. A beeswax finish can be applied to encourage the brass to continue ageing naturally over time, resulting in a rich, lived-in appearance. Alternatively, we can apply a clear lacquer for those who prefer a more stable and long-lasting surface, which locks in the patina at the desired stage.
