High Quality Materials

At Metal Sheets Ltd, we are committed to quality, sourcing only the finest materials for our fabrication work. Our premium zinc sheets are imported directly from European mills, guaranteeing that you receive some of the highest quality zinc available worldwide. We utilize 1.5mm thick zinc for the construction of our sinks. Our advanced machinery ensures precise dimensional tolerances, and we maintain stock of  sheets for constructing sinks up to 3 meters long.

Zinc Sink Finishing & Care

Once the fabrication process is complete, our sinks move on to the finishing department. Here, we refine the soldered joints and seamlessly blend all parts of the sink to achieve a polished, cohesive look. The final product showcases a beautiful satin finish. As natural zinc ages, it typically develops a patina, which is a normal and appealing characteristic that enhances its rustic charm. Some customers opt to have an aged patina applied to their sinks to achieve this look right from the start.

Maintaining a zinc kitchen sink is straightforward. Simply use a microfiber cloth along with warm, soapy water for cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the surface. After washing, a clean, dry cloth can help remove any residual water and prevent water spots.
