We supply four brass finishes to suit traditional or contemporary interiors:

• Natural Mill Finish – Supplied untreated, this raw finish is ideal for customers wishing to polish, patinate, or lacquer the strip themselves. Appearance may vary slightly due to production. (Not shown, appearance varies – ask us for a sample)

• Antique Finish – Our signature patina-aged brass finish, offering a rich, warm, timeworn aesthetic. Antique brass inlay strips are sealed and ready to use — ideal for period-style interiors or vintage detailing.

• Mirror (Bright Polished) – Highly reflective and smooth, perfect for standout inlay lines or modern applications. (Scroll down to see image)

• Satin Finish – A mid-sheen surface created by treating mill finish brass, giving a soft and natural matte look.

We also produce custom brass floor inlay panels for interior designers, flooring contractors, and architectural projects. These inlays are commonly used for:

• Decorative brass lines set into concrete, terrazzo, wood, or resin floors

• Branding and logos embedded in commercial flooring

• Divider strips between flooring zones or materials

• Accent features in lobbies, retail spaces, and showrooms

Our floor inlays are precision laser cut from solid brass sheet, supplied with a protective film to prevent damage during installation. We can cut simple straight divider strips or intricate custom shapes to your specification.

We offer a choice of finishes to suit different styles — natural brass for a bright, contemporary look, or antique brass for a pre-aged appearance with warm, vintage character.

What are brass inlay strips used for?

Brass inlay strips are used to add decorative detail to wood, furniture, joinery, table tops, cabinetry, floors and retail interiors. They can be recessed into timber or other materials to create a luxury contrast line or pattern.

Do you supply antique brass inlay strips?

Yes, we offer antique brass inlay strips in a variety of widths. These strips are pre-patinated using a traditional aged brass finish; they can be sealed with wax (a temporary seal) or lacquer to preserve the colour. Ideal for period-style interiors or vintage detailing.

Can you cut brass inlay strips to size?

Yes — we offer a cutting service for all standard and wide brass inlay strips. Whether you need full 3.0m lengths or custom sizes, we can trim strips to your specification for easier installation.

What sizes and profiles are available?

We stock a wide range of solid brass profiles, including 3/16″, ¼”, 5/16″, and ½” widths. Custom profiles and wider bands can also be cut from flat brass sheet in thicknesses such as 1.5mm, 2mm, or 3mm.

Do you offer bespoke or laser-cut brass inlays?

Yes — in addition to standard strips, we can laser-cut or engrave bespoke brass inlay designs from sheet metal. These are ideal for logos, patterns, lettering, or branded joinery work, and can be supplied with patina fill for a custom antique effect.
