What products do you make from sheet metal?

We manufacture a wide range of bespoke metalwork including kitchen worktops, bar counters, tabletops, splashbacks, wall panels, engraved plaques, and custom signage. All items are made to order in copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel, aluminium, and mild/Corten steel, cut and finished in-house.

Do you only supply raw sheet metal?

No — while we supply high-quality sheet metal, we also provide complete fabrication and finishing services. Whether you need a single cut panel, a fabricated bar front, or a series of branded signs, we can design and manufacture to your brief.

Can you cut and shape metal to my design?

What finishes can you apply to metal?

Do you make custom metal signage and logos?

Can you engrave my artwork or logo?

Absolutely. We offer rotary engraving, CNC routing, and laser engraving for plaques, panels, and large-format signs in brass, copper, aluminium, zinc, and stainless steel, with optional enamel infill or patina.

Do you offer patina services for customer-supplied items?

Yes. We provide a subcontract patina service for client-supplied pieces such as brass panels, copper sinks, or signage, letting you access our finishing expertise without outsourcing production.

What are your typical turnaround times?

• 1–2 weeks for cut-to-size panels
• 3–6 weeks for large fabricated or patinated items

Is there a minimum order value?

No. We handle everything from one-off prototypes to batch production runs for trade and design clients.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes — small items go by courier, larger pieces ship on pallets or via specialist carriers. You can also collect from our Liverpool workshop by appointment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we export sheet metals and fabricated products worldwide. Orders are crated or palletised for protection. Contact us for an export quote.
