This custom-fabricated zinc sign panel was produced specifically for Creattiva, combining engraved detail with a bold finish and distinctive shaping.

To begin the process, we engraved the TCC text and logo into a zinc sheet, which was then precision-cut to size. The panel was subsequently formed into an angled profile using our CNC-controlled press brake, ensuring accurate and consistent bends. Once the fabrication was complete, the engraved areas were carefully filled with yellow enamel to provide contrast and visual impact.

After the enamel had fully cured, a deep, rustic patina was applied to give the sign a darkened, aged appearance with added character.

This example showcases the creation of bespoke zinc letters, precision-cut from solid zinc sheet to match a customer-supplied font.

The lettering for The Dog House was produced using the client’s exact typeface, demonstrating the level of customisation we can offer. Each letter was cut from 1.5mm thick zinc sheet metal, ensuring strength and a clean edge. Once the letters were shaped, they were treated in our patina studio with a dark, aged finish to achieve a striking, weathered appearance.

This project involved the creation of three-dimensional zinc letters for Selfridges London, produced as part of a collaboration with the activewear brand Sweaty Betty. The result was a set of striking, handcrafted 3D zinc letters made entirely from sheet zinc.

Each letter was formed from individual components, cut with precision using our in-house sheet metal fabrication facilities . These sections were then soldered together to create the full three-dimensional structure. Once assembled, the letters were treated with a dark patina to achieve a bold, aged finish that complemented the brand’s aesthetic.
