We provide full fabrication and finishing support, including folding, edging and mounting frame production. Larger grilles can be built from multiple laser cut panels, joined seamlessly and aged for consistency. Our in-house patina finishing team can produce light or dark antique tones, verdigris, or satin effects.

Our 3 m × 1.5 m fibre laser ensures clean, accurate cutting, while all patina and finishing work is completed by Metal Sheets Ltd in our Liverpool workshop.

Stainless steel options are also available where corrosion resistance is required.
