Using our in-house fibre laser, we produce bespoke designs in brass, copper, stainless steel or Zintec (for prototyping), with virtually unlimited pattern possibilities. Whether you need a single one-off piece or a coordinated series, every grille is precision cut and expertly finished in the UK to complement your project.

Decorative grilles can also be incorporated into laser cut signage panels, bespoke cabinetry or furniture detailing for a cohesive design approach across larger interior schemes.

• Solid Brass – Available in natural, satin, brushed, aged or antique finishes, with optional clear lacquer for long-term protection.
• Copper – Warm, rich tones that can be supplied in natural, bright-polished or hand-applied aged patina variations.
• Stainless Steel – Offered in brushed, mirror-polished or patterned finishes for clean, modern interiors and high-use environments.

Each grille can be sealed with a matte or satin lacquer to preserve the chosen finish and reduce maintenance.

For a more characterful look, our in-house patina specialists can apply custom antique, aged or darkened patinas to brass and copper grilles.

Zinc and Corten steel grilles are also available on request for specialist interior schemes and design-led metalwork.

We provide full fabrication and finishing support, including folding, edging, and mounting frame production. Larger grilles can be built from multiple laser cut panels, joined seamlessly, and aged for consistency. Our in-house patina finishing team can produce light or dark antique tones, verdigris, or satin effects.

Our 3 m × 1.5 m fibre laser ensures clean, accurate cutting, while all patina and finishing work is completed by Metal Sheets Ltd.

Stainless steel options are available where corrosion resistance is required.
