Each zinc worktop is made to order in our Liverpool workshop using premium 1.0–1.5 mm sheet zinc. We stock sheets up to 3 metres long by 1.25 metres wide, enabling large, joint-free surfaces ideal for professional and residential kitchens alike. Every worktop is formed, edged, and finished by skilled fabricators to achieve precise folds and a perfectly smooth surface.

Our production facilities include CNC press brakes for accurate folding, NC guillotines for straight cutting, and fibre laser cutting via our MS Laser Services division for intricate detailing such as sink or hob cut-outs, drainage grooves, and decorative perforations. Corners and upstands are fully soldered and dressed by hand to ensure a watertight, durable finish suitable for commercial and residential use.

Caring for a zinc worktop is simple and requires little effort to keep it looking its best.

• Daily Cleaning – Wipe with a soft, damp microfiber cloth and warm and soapy water. Dry afterwards to prevent any water spots remaining.
• Wax Finish (Unlacquered Zinc) – Most unlacquered worktops have a beeswax finish to moderate the development of the patina. Reapply wax occasionally to protect its surface.
• Lacquered Zinc Kitchen Worktops – Clean as you would standard zinc; there is no need for waxing.
• Zinc Splashbacks – Patina-finished splashbacks are usually lacquered for added durability.

With proper care, your zinc worktop will age beautifully, developing a unique patina over time.
