• Equal angle is standard (unequal available): We typically press equal-angle protectors for a balanced appearance, but unequal-angle versions are available where one face requires more coverage (for example, beside door frames).
• Common face widths: 25 × 25 mm, 50 × 50 mm, 75 × 75 mm, and 100 × 100 mm are the most frequently specified. These provide a good mix of protection, neat proportions, and efficient material use.
• Check the wall angle: Most walls are 90°, but some can vary slightly due to plastering or uneven substrates. If you note the exact angle when measuring, we can program the press brake to match your site conditions for a perfect fit.
• Fixing method: We can supply protectors either pre-drilled for mechanical fixings or plain for adhesive bonding where suitable.
• Batch consistency saves money: Standardising lengths, hole centres, and quantities across your order reduces set-up time and keeps overall costs lower.
