Aluminium sheet metal is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant metal with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it widely used across construction, engineering and design applications.

Common aluminium types include:

Thicknesses and sheet sizes: Aluminium sheet metal is available in a range of thicknesses, with sheet sizes up to 3000mm x 1000mm. Sheets can be supplied as full sheets, part sheets or in custom sizes depending on your requirements.

Services and supply options: We offer full sheets, part sheets and custom sizes, with free trimming available on most orders. For smaller quantities, pre-cut aluminium sheets can be purchased through our Metal Offcuts store.

For detailed profiles and precision components, we work with our partner MS Laser Services Ltd, specialists in fibre laser cutting of thin-gauge aluminium.

Aluminium Sheet Types and Finishes

Aluminium Checker Plate

Grade 5754 aluminium checker plate, also known as tread plate or chequer plate, offers both durability and decorative appeal. Its anti-slip surface makes it ideal for walkways, ramps and wall protection in commercial and industrial environments.

Aluminium Mirror Sheet

Mirror polished aluminium sheets are manufactured from Grade 1050A aluminium, providing a highly reflective surface ideal for signage, lighting and decorative installations.

Aluminium Stucco Sheet
