There is a wide variety of stainless steel grades available, and we carry some of the most commonly used options.

  • Grade 430 stainless steel is a cost-effective grade offering moderate resistance to corrosion, most suited to interior applications. Common uses include splashbacks, shelving units, wall panelling, equipment covers, and magnetic noticeboards. As a magnetic material with no nickel content, it is particularly well suited to magnet boards.
  • Grade 304 stainless steel, often referred to as 18/8, is one of the most versatile and widely used stainless steel grades. It provides excellent resistance to corrosion. It’s frequently used for countertops, tabletops, wall panels in kitchens, catering displays, signage, and external cladding. It’s also used in applications involving food, drink, and water systems, including breweries and dairies. Notably, stainless steel is also the material of choice in SpaceX rockets.
