At Metal Sheets Ltd, we manufacture stainless steel signage for commercial interiors, retail spaces and architectural projects. Our in-house laser cutting and fabrication facilities allow us to produce precise lettering, logo plaques and custom sign panels to suit a wide range of applications. Laser Cut Stainless Steel Letters

Laser-cut stainless steel letters are ideal for interior branding, reception areas, retail displays, wayfinding schemes and product identification. Using our 3kW fibre laser, we cut lettering from 0.5–3.0 mm stainless steel with smooth edges, excellent accuracy and a consistent finish. Letters can be supplied loose for stud-mounting, pre-taped for interior fixing, or mounted to a stainless steel backplate.

Stainless Steel Logo Signs

Custom stainless steel logo signs are one of our most popular options for brand and reception signage. Using our in-house fibre laser and our own bespoke Metal Sheets Ltd “MS” font, we produce precision-cut logo discs in brushed stainless steel, textured 5WL rigidised stainless and other premium finishes. These discs are ideal for offices, workshops, retail environments and architectural features. For fine-line branding, we can also laser-mark designs directly onto brushed stainless steel to achieve a clean engraved effect.

Mirror Polished Stainless Steel Logo Signs

Mirror polished stainless steel logo signs offer a premium,
high-reflective finish ideal for reception areas, high-end
retail, hospitality interiors and modern commercial spaces.
Cut using our 3kW fibre laser, polished stainless letters
and logo discs provide a crisp, mirror-bright appearance
that stands out against dark walls, concrete, timber or
textured surfaces.

Stainless Steel Stencil Signage

Stencil-style stainless steel signs offer maximum durability and are perfect for industrial settings, workshops, plant rooms, outdoor wayfinding and architectural features. These signs are cut as a single panel, with the design laser-cut cleanly through the sheet for a bold, high-contrast look.

Available in 0.9–3.0 mm stainless steel depending on size and location.

Chemical Etched Stainless Steel Plaques (with Enamel Infill)

For projects requiring fine detailing, permanent contrast, or a traditional plaque appearance, we offer chemical etching with optional black or coloured enamel infill. This process is perfect for accessibility signs, safety plaques, control panels, branding plates and high-traffic public environments. Depth options: flash etch, standard etch, or deep etch.

Etched plaques are supplied cleaned, with optional protective lacquer, ready for installation.
For deeper detailing, we also manufacture brass plaques in the same etched style.

Laser-Etched Stainless Steel Nameplates (with Black Infill)

Laser-etched stainless steel nameplates provide crisp, high-contrast detailing ideal for industrial identification, equipment labelling, branded plates, and durable architectural signage. Using fibre-laser marking, fine lines, small fonts and intricate logos can be reproduced with excellent clarity on brushed 304 stainless steel.

Fabrication, Folding & Sign Box Construction

As well as cutting the stainless steel lettering and panels, we can also fabricate
sign boxes, folded stainless steel trays, backplates and mounting structures.
Our workshop is equipped with precision press brakes and TIG welding facilities, allowing us to manufacture complete signage assemblies ready for installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you make both indoor and outdoor stainless steel signs?

Yes. We manufacture stainless steel signage suitable for interior use and fully
weather-resistant outdoor environments. 304 grade is ideal for most settings, while 316 grade can be supplied on request for coastal or high-corrosion locations.

What thickness of stainless steel do you use for signage?

Most stainless steel letters and sign panels are laser cut from 0.5–3.0 mm
material. Thicker sheets can be used for feature panels or structural trays if required.
