We provide a CAD design and prototyping service for new products, one offs, or short runs. As we already carry a stock of sheets it can be an economical solution for many customers, and lead times can be good. We often only charge for an offcut or a 1/4 or a 1/2 sheet thus making big savings.

We can cut profiles, drill, surface engrave and relief engrave using many CAD file formats including DXF, DWG, EPS, PDF

MRMDF
We stock MRMDF in 8ft x 4ft sheets in a range of thicknesses from 6mm to 30mm.

Plywood
Plywood sheet is stocked in 8ft x 4ft, thickness 12mm, 18mm and 24mm.

We stocked high quality birch plywood until the war in Ukraine & Russia began, and these sources dried up. The quality of that material in our opinion was much better than the China materials we now use, these do the job but we preferred our original higher quality sheet.
