Our premium copper sheets are sourced directly from the most highly regarded German copper mills, chosen for their outstanding quality and superior natural surface finish. These high-grade materials set the foundation for our exceptional artisanship, providing both beauty and durability.

With precise dimensional tolerances, our state-of-the-art CNC machinery allows us to bend copper sheets into extended lengths with precision, reducing the need for visible joints. This process creates a smooth, seamless look that enhances the aesthetic appeal of longer copper countertops, making them ideal for high-end designs.

We maintain a stock of copper sheets up to 3 metres in length, enabling us to deliver consistent and uninterrupted designs. To ensure a strong and stable structure, we use high-quality Birch Ply timber and MRMDF. These materials not only provide robust support but also add to the overall elegance of the finished piece.

Once fabrication is complete, our copper bar tops are expertly finished in our dedicated finishing shop. Here, any welded areas are blended, and the copper sheet is conditioned to a smooth satin finish, removing any marks from the fabrication process.

Customers can choose to leave their copper bar top in its natural state, allowing it to age gracefully and develop a unique patina over time, or opt for an initial patina to jump-start the ageing process. An aged patina is a particularly popular choice. We offer a wide range of patinas for copper, but for high-traffic bar settings, we recommend either a natural finish or an aged patina.

While we provide durable lacquer options to preserve the finish, we generally advise against their long-term use in busy bar environments. Copper’s true beauty lies in its ability to age and evolve, creating a one-of-a-kind character over time.

After completing the finishing process, whether the bar top is left in its natural finish or treated with a patina, a beeswax polish is applied. This final step not only gives the bar top a clean and polished look but also acts as a protective seal, slowing the development of the natural patina.

Caring for a copper bar top is simple. For both natural and aged finishes, use a soft cloth with water and a mild detergent to clean up spills and keep the surface looking its best. Avoid using harsh cleaning products, as these can damage the finish. Over time, the patina will naturally evolve and blend, adding character to the bar top. Beeswax can be reapplied after cleaning if desired, helping to manage the rate at which the patina develops.
