We supplied and fabricated a substantial quantity of composite aged brass metal wall panels for the landmark JJ Mack Building in London, a landmark project that demanded both aesthetic refinement and long-term performance. Each panel was carefully pressed into a precision tray profile from high-grade brass sheet, ensuring uniformity and structural integrity throughout the installation. These were then bonded with an MDF timber core for stability and backed with a balancer liner sheet to maintain a flat, even surface over time.

Once assembled, the metal cladding panels underwent a meticulous in-house ageing process in our patina studio, where they were treated to develop a deep, characterful antique patina, unique to each panel. As a final step, we applied a durable clear lacquer, not only to preserve the finish against oxidation and handling but also to enhance the visual richness of the brass, ensuring it continues to make a statement for years to come.

A striking installation at the La Cascade ski chalet in Sainte Foy showcases the impact of aged brass in a luxury alpine setting. The lounge area features a full-height wall clad in elongated aged brass planks, carefully fitted to create a seamless, elegant surface. These bespoke metal wall panels were crafted with a discreet clip-in brass bead system that neatly conceals the joints between each plank, delivering a refined and uninterrupted finish that complements the natural materials used throughout the chalet.

Adding a playful focal point to the space is a distinctive moose-head light fixture, which contrasts beautifully with the rich tones of the aged brass. The design continues into the kitchen, where copper metal cladding sheets are used to create an eye-catching backdrop. Treated with a vivid blue patina, the copper panels provide visual contrast and contribute to the warm, characterful interior that defines the chalet’s unique style.
