Aged Zinc Sheet

Our aged zinc sheet options are produced using controlled patination techniques developed in-house to achieve soft cloudy greys, mid-tone industrial finishes, or deeper rustic blacks. Every aged zinc sheet is created from premium European zinc and finished by hand, giving each panel a unique depth of colour and character.

Aged zinc sheets are ideal for interior wall panels, bar fronts, furniture, signage, and decorative features where a natural, time-worn aesthetic is desired. We supply aged zinc in standard sheet sizes as well as made-to-measure panels for joinery, cladding and architectural applications. All finishes are sealed for long-lasting interior performance.

Guide for Designers on Finishes for Zinc

Below is our curated range of ten zinc sheet finishes, from raw natural zinc to handcrafted patina zinc sheets developed in-house. All finishes can be supplied waxed or lacquered depending on the level of protection and the desired aesthetic.

Waxing helps to moderate patina development for a more industrial look, while lacquering seals the surface and preserves the appearance over time.

No.1 Natural Zinc (Mill Finish)

Natural Zinc is supplied in its raw, untreated mill finish. It begins with a semi-bright surface that gradually transitions into a soft, matte grey patina. Versatile and authentic, this finish suits a wide range of applications including table tops, bar tops, splashbacks, countertops and architectural cladding.

No.2 Satin Finish Zinc

Satin Finish Zinc is a conditioned version of the mill finish, offering a smooth, matte surface with refined texture. It provides a clean contemporary appearance and works beautifully in both modern and classic interiors.

No.3 Light Aged Zinc

Light Aged Zinc presents the softest of our patinas, producing a subtle cloudy effect without strong contrast. Ideal for projects requiring a gentle aged surface with minimal visual movement. This is one of our most popular aged zinc sheet finishes for minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired interiors.

No.4 Medium Aged Zinc

A pre-patinated zinc sheet supplied directly from the mill, Medium Aged Zinc offers a consistent grey tone with a faint linear grain. Available in 0.7mm thickness, it is suited to interior cladding, cabinetry panels and projects that require a uniform, understated patina.

No.5 Dark Aged Zinc

Dark Aged Zinc provides a rustic surface with deeper charcoal tones and subtle irregular movement. More muted than Antique Zinc but with a stronger industrial feel, this finish is ideal for bespoke bar fronts, furniture and darker interior schemes.

No.6 Antique Zinc

Antique Zinc is crafted to achieve rich, time-worn character with detailed light and dark patterning. A premium option for designers seeking a vintage aesthetic with depth and visual interest. Perfect for feature walls, decorative panels and bespoke furniture.

No.7 La Taska Zinc

Originally developed for La Taska Restaurants, this artistic patina features dynamic movement and tonal variation. It offers a distinctive, expressive appearance ideal for hospitality interiors and creative installations.

No.8 Dappled Zinc

Dappled Zinc is a heavily aged patina zinc sheet featuring dramatic contrast between light and dark tones. Its pronounced texture makes it a standout choice for bold feature walls, statement furniture and artistic metalwork.

No.9 Pre-weathered Zinc

Pre-weathered Zinc is a ready-aged sheet with a consistent monotone grey appearance and subtle grain. Supplied at 0.7mm thickness, it is preferred for cladding, interior panels and applications requiring a uniform patina without outdoor exposure.

No.10 Industrial Grey Patina Zinc (Shabby Chic)

Industrial Grey Patina Zinc is a distressed, mottled finish with cloudy grey and charcoal tones. This visually rich patina is perfect for feature walls, bar fronts and decorative cladding where industrial character is desired. Also known as a patina zinc sheet finish for high-impact interiors.
