- Precision Timber Cores — CNC-routed MRMDF or birch plywood for stability and longevity.
- Bull-nose Edges — turned on a lathe for a clean 25 mm radius (or specify up to 50 mm overall edge thickness).
- Engraving & Personalisation — logos, borders, and patterns via CNC engraving for brand or project identity.
We also support your workflow with CAD — send a concept or drawing and we’ll finalise details for manufacture.

Materials: Brass, copper, zinc, pewter, aluminium, steel. (Aluminium can be powder coated to your colours.)

We make to order from compact rounds to large dining and poseur sizes. Core thickness is specified to suit use; common build-ups combine MRMDF or birch ply with a formed metal skin.
Can you match existing bar tops or finishes?
Yes. We can colour-match patinas and sheen, and replicate details such as hammered textures or brushed directions to coordinate with existing joinery and counters.
What edge profiles do you offer?
Bull-nose (e.g. 25 mm radius), square, chamfered, and decorative trims. We also offer polished metal rings and embossed edge motifs on request.
Are hammered and patinated tops suitable for busy venues?
They’re popular in hospitality because texture disguises everyday wear. We’ll specify an appropriate protective finish and provide care guidance for service environments.
Do you supply bases or just tops?
We primarily supply tops, but can advise on compatible bases and fixings. Send your specification and we’ll make recommendations.
